Default NL 200 - 2 pair gainst a river push

SB is LAG. Loose passive preflop, but postflop he's fearless and pushes AI with a wide range. I've stacked him twice with 2 pair and a set so he's probably steaming, although last hand he pushed with a legitimate hand against a solid player and got paid.

I'm a limit player and I often get involved in situations where I have little experience of how to handle.

<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $38.6</font>, Hero calls.

River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($117.8, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB is all-in $248.43</font>, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $248.43 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $117.8

I can't see how he can be ahead but given our recent history and his bet size I became a scared puppy on the river.
Should I raise the turn (like I said I'm a limit player ) and how much? Should I call river?

Raise the flop. There are many cards that will kill your action from any overpair 77-TT. Definetly raise the turn after your flop check. 120-150 Is good...
Also when did you start playing nl

With that read, raise the flop and call a push. Your hand isn't likely to get better anytime soon, and what hemstock said.

This is a representative hand where I have a hard time adjusting from limit.
I also had a hard time committing 150ish BBs since he would 3-bet AI or fold to a raise. On the river I thought that after I stacked him twice he wouldn't try to be smart again.
That was my thought process but I can see it wasn't the best. Thx for responses.

To hemstock:
I am taking a small break from limit to learn NL. I think I have underestimated NL since I found it pretty boring but it seems there is a lot more into it. Also the fact that a donk like me runs very good so far at NL200 means that it's worth the time.
