Default Possible slighly ahead way behind hand

I have no idea if I was brilliant or a moron on this. Straighten me out.

Villian is 76/5/1 after 75 hands. No reads other than the stats


Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

raise preflop...especially if you think BB will go away...
i think 3betting the flop would be good, calling down from there...

raise preflop - the hand plays way different

3-bet the flop, call down from there

Why would you 3-bet the flop, only to check the turn OOP and have to end up paying 2 more bb anyways to see a showdown??

raze, not sure if your comment was directed to mine, but i wasn't suggesting he 3bet the flop and then check/call the turn...i was saying that if villain caps the flop i would call down, but if he just calls i bet/fold the turn...

raise preflop to isoalte yourself with the donk and ace high.. thats goot

3bet this flop every time and bet/call down on the turn
