Pokerstars avatar - Is there a way to completely remove the holder?

I would prefer to just display the box with the players name & stack size i.e Party poker. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just found the PS "no image theme" which accomplishes what I want but for some reason it won't let me load my custom black background over it. PS will however let me load my custom background over a few other themes...err

ok update for anyone that cares. It does allow me to change the background...just not the color of the table. Anyone know how to do this?
