Table Navigator broken on PP/PS now?

I am relatively new to this program so I'm not sure this functionality even exists. These are the problems I found tonight when trying to use:
1) The hotkeys no longer work.
2) PS does not work at all. The table does not highlight or do anything for that matter. Can I play on PP and PS simulataneously?
3) Attention Queue should center my mouse on the table that requires action? If so, its not working.

Basically the only thing that works for me now is the table highlighter =(
