He's clearly already paid all the people who he knows will sue him and make his life miserable. You guys aren't a threat to him, and until you are, he won't pay you. Being nice to him in hopes that he'll pay you isn't going to work. If you haven't been paid by now, you have two options: 1) pursue legal action with all the baggage that comes with it, or 2) let it go.

I don't mind taking a trip to judge judy to get my money. Heck, they pay for the whole trip.. Might be kind of fun. I think he'll pay the few of us that are left though.

I said that payments would LIKELY go out on the 16th or 17th...not definately. I've a busy day ahead of me...but hope to squeeze payments in before EOB. If not, I'll still get them out before the 20th.
