I love how his big thing was that he wasn't going to stand up. He got tasered eleventeen times and got dragged out of the building. But he never stood up. That's right!!! STICK IT TO THE MAN!!!!!

I remember another time when the use of force was used to stop a NON-VIOLENT protest....I think it was called Tiananmen Square.

The use of force in this video is so overwhelming it isnt even funny (ok it is a little). You cant just taser a non-violent protester over and over as he lays on the floor motionless.

It's probably pretty hard to stand up when you are cuffed and tasered. Ever heard of hog tying somebody and dragging them out?

I honestly can't see how this won't be considered to be police brutality. Especially in California.

The point is he poses no threat to anyone lying on the ground... tasering him for not following instructrions is police brutality, plain and simple.

I'm guessing you're not a lawyer.

Also, WTF? No legal discussions in BBV!

Make sure next time you get a cheeseburger, or enjoy some comedy on television. To think about a couple other hippies for their day washington, jefferson, franklin......dunno maybe you heard of them..........they had a problem with unjustified authority as well.
