Drop Shipping

Does anyone know where I can find info on wholesalers that drop ship, and/or sell in light bulk? Ive tried search engines but found a lot of sites that either charge for a directory, or charge a membership fee and have extremely high wholesale prices.

Also, will I need a state tax ID or something similar to buy from these companies?
