those who recommend a bet: what if hero and villain are both 20/15/3 2+2 tags?

[/ QUOTE ]

meh, it's a little closer but I still like a bet. Just because someone is 2p2 TAG doesn't mean he's not calling light sometimes. He still could have a lot of hands like A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Tx that you could get value from. Also just b/c you fire 2 shells doesn't always make your hand a set or better (and if it does you need to be double barreling more often).

Uh, dumb question cause I don't use 2p2 a ton, but how do we know who is 2p2 and who isn't? Do people generally post their poker site names at some point? I never see that.

if you see someone names loloPOZZEDu that plays 24/19/3 chances are he is 2p2.

it's often obvious at these stakes, becuase it's very rare for a player to be a good, thinking tag and not read 2+2.

I've talked about this situation when Grim posted it himself a long time ago.

I vote check.

Just because you have a lag image doesn't mean villains have adjusted, especially at this level.

the small amount of equity you give up to a rivered 4 flush board is very small compared to the value you get from hitting your redraw for free, getting value from a worse made hand if river blanks.

vs smart aggressive villian who has been getting pushed around bet this turn and call a push.

-his pushing range is wiiidddee
-a fourth heart on the river spoils your fun
