More atrocious blind play 2/4
Was getting cold-decked all night, and don't know if I took down a single hand from the blinds, which leads me to believe that maybe I played them all wrong. Would love any opinions.
Hand #1 No reads yet on villain. Should I always be taking bottom pair to the river HU? Is there a reason to stop betting if he doesn't play back at me? But should I have even bothered betting the turn? I like how you played both hands.

Re: More atrocious blind play 2/4
Hand 1: NH, all draws missed on the river, so you have enough to check/call here.
Hand 2: I usually check the turn here when someone calls me on this board, but that doesnt necessarily mean your turn bet was incorrect against this opponent. If you think this guy is calling the flop with a lot of no pair no draw type hands, then it may be best to bet the turn and check the river for a free show down and hope your nut queen high is good. |

Re: More atrocious blind play 2/4
Hand 1 is proper
Hand 2 I don't think I bet again usually but this guy is so loose that he's probably calling anything. That being said I don't mind getting a free card that will let me beat a weak pair. |

Re: More atrocious blind play 2/4
If you don't bet the turn in hand 2, do you c/f? Seems weak, but I'm not sure how else to play it.

Re: More atrocious blind play 2/4
oh, I misread hand2. I think I like checking behind way more & folding river if I don't improve.
