Re: You\'ve flopped the nut flush. Now What?
[ QUOTE ]
How would you rate moving all in? Yes, you'd like to get more money out there, but the pot is $2400 and that improves your likelihood of going deep. If you slow play it and lose, wouldn't you wish you'd taken it down? Also, who says he will fold? [/ QUOTE ] IF im moving allin now, it is nothing to do with being worried about losing the pot at anypoint. |

Folding = obviously lol. I prefer leading out to check-raising all-in. Check-call, check-call/check and lead out on river is preferred line.

Re: You\'ve flopped the nut flush. Now What?
Go all in!
As I understand the pot is 2400 with his raise and he has 3400 left (~11BB or M~7½). He shouldn't expect you to go all in with the nut flush. Since you have no reads I assume he is an average player, he will most likely call you with +AJs, +twopairs and possibly with a Ksx hand. Slowplaing the hand will only give him a chance to fold the hand. If he doesn't call the push I don't think he'll call later either. On the other hand he could fold and still have enough of a stack to be able to advance in the tourney. |

In a low buyin and in a family pot, I'd always lead the flop. In fact, I'd always lead the flop whatever the buyin this crowded.

In a $20 I probably lead flop for 1/2 pot and expect to be raised somewhere along the way. If I get a caller I'll check the turn, obv. |
