Mistake #1: Not having an intimidating online poker alias. i.e. XBloodscabX, Skullfire2000, etc. These names are proven to increase fold equity when coupled with a reasonably intimidating avatar. Noone is going to fold anything to jleno1, sorry.

Mistake #2: Thinking you can reraise somone online who most likely uses that one Phil Ivey avatar that all the final tabling pros use.

Mistake #3: Reraising with AJo preflop, he's not calling with anything you beat.

Mistake #4: Risking your tournament life on a gutshot and 2 overcards. Just bet about 115,701 here to see where you are at, if he repops you, you can fold and still have chips to play with.

Mistake #5: Not shouting out "10!!! Gimme a gotdamm 10!!!" during the turn and river dealage.

There are a few more mistakes but alas my fingers/mind are in need of a rest.
