Antes = like 400 here, right? I'd probably just push unless I was at a nitty table where I thought nobody would resteal. That seriously is pretty much never the case in a mid-stakes pokerstars game, though, so I'd just push.

M = 6.5, anything but pushing seems whatever to me. I hate raising and folding if we're stop-n-goed, but yet I can't see calling on e.g. an AQx board. So poooosh.

definite push, if you run this in SNGPT you will see it's a winning move, plus two things: your stack is still high enough to hurt the button a lot, and also the small blind. only if the BB has something really good he will call so this is a winning move and the chances of either of them 3 left to have something really good to call an all in are like ~3%.
obviously this depends of your table image, if you have had a lot of steals before, someone might fight you!

Have to push, you have to take opportunities to steal especially when you are short. Soon you won't have enough chips to give any FE. On top of this, all the stacks behind you will be hurt if they call and lose - the perfect scenario
