Default Resizing an MP3

hey
i have an mp3 right now which is approximately 25 mb, and i am trying to get it to under 10 mb. i dont care too much abt the quality. its not music, its spoken word. does anyone have any suggestions?

Download an MP3 encoder, probabaly LAME + a GUI for it, and just re-encode it to a lower quality setting. There will be some quality loss but it probably wont matter.
