Re: Most important poker tracker stats?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Went to Showdown tracks how often a player plays a hand to all the way to a showdown. I assume it is not showdowns/all hands dealt to a player but but rather showdowns/hands played (e.g., saw the flop). But I am not sure. Won $ at Showdown is pretty self explanatory. It is the percentage of times the player won when he or she went to a showdown. [/ QUOTE ] So what #'s are for good players vs fish? [/ QUOTE ] The winning Eagle players in a 10 handed game are roughly Went to showdown 30%, won at showdown 60% when I play. The tighter players are around 25% went to showdown. [/ QUOTE ] I think generally for a winning player you want to see at least 50% win at showdown rate. As for the Went to Showdown stat, when I am playing well, that number is anywhere between 15-25%. I look for players who are getting to showdown in excess of 25% and winning at less than 50%, which for me is indicative of someone who is showing down a lot of losing hands (e.g., overplaying medium holdings, inability to fold medium holdings). I like to go to showdown against these types of players. On the flip side, you'll see people with Went to Showdown stats under 15% and Win at Showdown greater than 60% - that is indicative of someone who is only playing very good hands all the way to showdown. You want to be wary if these guys are still in the hand at the turn, unless you also have a very good hand. |

Amount won is the most important stat [/ QUOTE ] Not for everyone. I am sure Pat & Mike think the total # of sales stat is the most important. |

Get pokerace. Easily worth $25. [/ QUOTE ] especially since pokerace shows mucked hands at SD when so provided by the pokersite hand history. Hell, that feature alone is worth the $25. |
