I have this too, I find that if I brush my tongue, and use listerine I can pretty much get it to go away.

Actually I think NOT swallowing would cause MORE "white stuff" to remain on your tongue. So my answer is swallow.

Instead of buying an extra bathroom tool, just use a small spoon to scrape your tongue from back to front. Very effective.

Ya , spoons are awesome i use one to brush my tongue and another to clean my bumhole when i have no tp.
