problem with chip reload script

i just tried to use the chipreloader AHK script and now none of the sound works on my computer. i've rebooted and still nothing. my knowledge of these scripts is very little. any idea what this could be?

I know this has been answered a million times before, but I can't seem to find it. What do I change to get this AHK script to work with the Hyper Simple theme on Stars and is there any way that can be added to the wiki page?
