you mean during the rebuy period? It's really about selective maniacing. You have to be willing to push a lot of hands, but not too many. Also take gambles in multi way pots with a lot of hands. Most importantly, be aware of what you are going to get called by and play hands according to that. If you are at a tight table you have to tighten up or it will cost you a fortune - though some tables can be loosened up, some can't.

Generally, i shove all broadway, all pairs, suited connectors. Modify this with how much you are willing to spend during the rebuy. The more comfortable you are, the more you should be gambling with a double stack as well.

I dunno, it all comes down to gambling on the right tables and being tight at tight ones so you spend the least for most stack. And don't be afraid to slow down around 10-16k either
