Default old starting hand chart

Took a break from the game and wanted to check some stuff using the starting hand chart that used to be on this thread: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...&PHPSESSID= but I see it's no longer there, anyone have a hardcopy hosted somewhere?

I have an excel chart I got from some thread on here the other day. Don't know how to attach docs, but I'll email it to you if you pm your email address.

It lists all starting hands, then advice what to do based on position and the action ahead of you.

Excel lets me save it as a web page. PM me and I will send it as attachment. Or maybe I'll get bored tomorrow and post it somewhere, though since I didn't make the chart, i guess I shouldn't do that.
