excessive jewelry and piecings look foolish. do not do this! wear a nice watch and buy nice clothes. be prepared to spend 200-400 on a shirt, 400 on shoes, min 2k on a watch, etc. be classy with your fashion and wear the common high end, mass produced fashion items.

[/ QUOTE ]

if i buy a $400 dollar shirt, i want something that is not common and mass produced.

a real good shirt should cost you 150.

a custom made shirt should cost around 300.

If you're wanting to be a part of the 20 year old crowd, then I guess accessorizing is something to consider. However, if you're wanting to portray a more mature sense of fashion/style, stick to the advice that has already been given.

good advice...

my motive...being a young professional, nice car good job, incredible poker player (lol) i wanted to be able to present something unique...kinda like the first time you seen like a money clip, u kinda respected the guy and thought, now thats innovative.

I still like the nice ring...it sounds like a nice touch. My dad let me wear his diamond/gold necklace when I was younger and it made me feel "ballin" with my frozen neck. that is too much for me tho.

Who cares? Just walk right in and get them to do it. So what if someone sees you in there.

First of all, garish earings and necklaces are not sophisticated. There is a reason you see them on a younger set of people...because they are young and want to look like showoffs from television instead of having actual good taste. Not to mention what is trendy in American clubs has probably been played out for a year in Japan.

Since your style is conservative, rocking a very different or attention-grabbing accessory is just going to look off-kilter. I see a lot of young successful guys trying to work a rocktar/baller piece into thier style and it just doesn't work.

I'd say continue to focus on items like classy watches/shoes. If you want to accessorize I'd say do it in an understated way like high quality cashmere/leather. Girls love the texture of that stuff. There's only one area where'd I'd be flashy and that would be wallet/card holder.

Wallet you can do Hermes/Goyard/Bottega Veneta. I like this BV one:

I'm loving this card holder from ugo cacciatori, which coincidentally is pretty much only available in Japan. I'll post the link here since for some reason I can't get the pic to work.

But seriously, if she is Japanese and you are white, then your skin is pretty much the only accessory you need when you guys are stepping out.

I hope that was nth level...if so, nh. If not, the only thought that popped into my head was Niles Crane getting ready to go to a biker bar.
