Block bet 1/2 pot or 2/3 pot if you think you have him beat. If raised fold, I doubt anyone at that level is raising w/o a full.

Why do we block bet river in position?

obv he's just referring to betting and folding to a raise (not that I think this is correct). maybe this is not a true block, but you know what he means.
