Last i went, they had were trying to get an Omaha hi/lo game going, however only me and like 3 others were willing to play the 4/8 blinds.. so it never jumped off..
while waiting, i sat at 2/5nl and easily won 300 from donks.

There have been numerious threeds on this before, use the search feature and look them up.
As an aside I do know that lots of Washington cardrooms allow 18+ gaming, and that all Oregon casinos are 21+.
