edit: and i usually fold this to an UTG raise. everything else looks ok

I'd call the river donk. Flop raise is standard. PF I would probably fold, unless he had been PFRing a lot.

UTG is pretty loose so you could 3bet this hand. It's a bit dubious though, folding looks better since his PFR % isn't that high and he's UTG now. Flop raise to protect your hand is good, turn bet is also standard, you can be 99% sure you have the best hand atm. The river is a call, pot is big and there still is a good possibility you have the best hand. Way more than 13:1 imo.
