I would say this is a high variance, but still slightly +EV line,
against a random unknown.

I would fold this one.
Why? Well what actually can you beat? You can beat AT, and flushdraws with 2 overcards, but even with those its a coin flip... So if you were ahead preflop there is a very good chance your behind atm, he could have a small set, overpair...
