i downloaded the fulltilt thru the link on your website, and somehow it wouldnt allow me to enter promotional code, i mean the slot for me to enter the code seems to be there but i couldnt put my cursor on in in order to type "raketherake", is this normal? or do i have to download another fulltilt?

I'm not from RTR or anything, but that is normal in that when you are being tracked to someone through their download link, it will not allow you to enter a code there.

if you signed up from a banner, you cannot currently use a bonus code.

they are discussing a modification to this.

Correct, if you use the link, then often the bonus code field is "untypable" (??). The code is merely a back up in case people forget to use the link.
