Isometric Stretching
Sorry if this has been done before, although I don't think it has. Anyone have any experience with isometric stretching? Seems like a relatively simple thing to do with good, fast results in both flexibility and strength. There must be some drawback I'm missing? I assume that you would do this in addition to standard weight training? Thanks OOT fitness experts.
