Dual Monitors both have same display

I just hooked up dual monitors, but they are both displaying the same thing. How do i make it so my cursor goes over to the next one instead of having two montiors esenitally displaying the same screen on both.

check the "extend my windows desktop to this monitor" in settings on display properties, assuming you have windows ofc [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
