Re: ummm wtf
[ QUOTE ]
I have a few "wtfs" myself. Like, not betting on the turn and not reraising the flop if the table is unknown to you and why is this pot only 28.50 after the turn and why are you betting the river if you don't intend on going all-in if he pushes unless you know his tendencies. A' [/ QUOTE ] I would have to agree with you. By NOT betting/raising you opened yourself up for "WTFs!?" I find betting and raising allows me to better judge my opponent's hand. Checking gives me no information when he is not being aggressive. I think its better to raise the flop 1st, bet the turn 2nd for probably a free showdown. If he has a set of QQ he will let you know on the turn and if he has FPS (fancy play syndrome) then he will check on the river AGAIN and let you see his hand when you check behind. Only by betting and raising determines what your opponent has when he is NOT being aggressive. Well thats from my experience. I had lots of hands where I acted like a pussy and was faced with a difficult decision on the end because of my inaction. |

Re: ummm wtf
pf pop it to $16.5 or whatever (you want to make hands like 64s, A4s, and other random crap, put some money in the pot incorrectly before giving them a chance to try and suck-out, and you're hand is strong)
flop: pot is $34 you bet $25 let's say turn: pot is $84 villain has $80 left an you poosh this is a somewhat dry (though semi-coordinated, but w/ rags) flop but tp pays you off, as well as some other random stuff depending on villain you have an overpair; it's valuable |

Re: ummm wtf
I don't understand allowing the CO to raise here and you not reraise him. He's a late position raiser. Make it $15 to go.
