Default Lame duck session

After Tuesday's election, it appears the lame duck session will be very lame duckish. A lot of people needing to pack up their offices and say their farewells, which should hopefully keep them too busy to do anything much.

I understand that UIGEA will not be undone in the lame duck session. But I am wondering if there is any other silliness that might come down the pipeline that we need to be on the watch for?

Guessing that efforts now should be placed on incoming reps/senators, but hoping to hear some input from our Washington insiders.
