3/6 How far to push a flush?

I was once told how rare, mathmatically, two people with a flush would be given that only three cards are on the board and thus I should push to the max any flush anytime there wasn't a pair on the board. Yet, we've all seen multiple flushes all the time.

Villan is 23.8/5.8/0.79. Such a low aggro made my knees week when he started raising.
