Default Banned States?

I know there are 10-15 states that have banned online gambling but I can't find ouch which ones they are. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Banned? not a single person has been prosecuted in any of these states and people continue to play online as well.

The above site does not list Michigan as a state that expresses internet prohibition. Michigan does have a misdemeanor for all gambling, though. Is internet gambling specifically called out in Michigan? I have heard contradictory information on this.

On that same website if you look closely at the specific laws mentioning gambling in Michigan, it mentions "game of skill or chance". Maybe that is why certain poker sites block Michigan.

IF this is still law, internet gambling providers are expressly prohibited in Michigan IMHO.
