The above site does not list Michigan as a state that expresses internet prohibition. Michigan does have a misdemeanor for all gambling, though. Is internet gambling specifically called out in Michigan? I have heard contradictory information on this.

[/ QUOTE ] On that same website if you look closely at the specific laws mentioning gambling in Michigan, it mentions "game of skill or chance". Maybe that is why certain poker sites block Michigan.
