Join the crew. That's the biggest leak I and many others had/have. You hear "be aggressive" so when you have AK, have raised and then miss the flop, you cannot hear the little voice saying "one of those three guys will definitely have a pair". Also, I think that if you never bluffed, you would have the frequency about right when you're playing the type you describe.
