Villian is donkish LAG 45/15 after 80 hands. I've raised quite many hands preflop and Cbet most of them. For some reason i didn't bet this flop.
I want to know what you guys think of my turn play and what is right play at river.

Any point in putting in a min-raise for value on the river?

Ok thank you for your responses.

And Results:

I called and as Jay1986 said villian had AQ. After the hand I wondered if I should have raised. But I'm glad all of you thougth that call was good play.

That exactly what I thought he might have there. But you do not raise the river. He is folding a worse hand and calling or shoving a better hand. If he had AK I think a reraise was in order preflop for him.
