Help. I need info on how to read player stats.

I need to know how to read stats like when someone says a player is 16/9 preflop. ect.

I just can't seem to find how to do that. so if you could please help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a decent player, but have had strange results lately, so i'd like to evaluate my full tilt hands from the week, but don't know how to evaluate them.

Is 22% VPIP (% of hands he puts money into the pot preflop)
6% raise preflop (i.e. player raises 6% of his preflop hands)
1.8 is the aggression factor. (IIRC, it's calculated as the ration of betting or raising to calling (B+R/C))
