There's a link from the Fox website directing you to http://creative.myspace.com/VOD/prison_break/index.html where you used to able to watch any episode from the current season but now you can only watch the last 3 episodes - but that should help you out.

Also, you could always buy the episode on iTunes for $2. You do not need iPod, just an iTunes account (typically linked to a credit card).

Great show, isn't it? Enjoy...
