I don't think I have any fold equity given that he has put 60BB into this pot, so is this just a call here and easy c/f if i miss flush and straight or should I be pushing this?

well, if you think you have no fold equity, then pushing is out of line. You're getting about 2.5:1 on your call and you're about 2:1 to hit a flush or straight. How often do you think villian has a boat here?

He would need TT, 22, or 9T for a boat (He's not playing T2). I'm putting him on trips, maybe AT, KT ish, maybe a boat, which was my concern because I'm drawing dead then. Any other spade minus the 9 would have been fine and its easy to play, but with the board paired, should we be drawing here? Or is that seeing monsters?

Villian could also have 99. I'm simply asking for any sort of read on villian. In a vaccum, i think drawing is fine here. because the implied odds of the $40 left in his stack PROBABLY cancels out the loss in equity when he has a boat and we're drawing dead.
