Default Mouse Pointer Control

When multi-tabling, how do you set your computer so the table that your mouse is over is the active table? I keep having to click 5 time to get my table to act and it sucks. Please help.

I use Tweak UI from microsoft that allows me to do this. I don't know what the relationship is but since I ran this I haven't been able to view PDFs on this computer.

Thanks. I don't know what the deal is but my browser locks up whenever I try to open a PDF (I sued Firefox, but I opened IE to see if it happened there also and it locked up also).
