SNGEGT: Stars allows real-time analyzing?

I have been out of the SNG loop for awhile. But I went to the SNGEGT site a minute ago and read the FAQ and it seems Stars allows the use of the program. If I understand correctly, SNGEGT has real-time analyzation; something that Eastbay never would use with SNGPT. How can this be legal? If people are using this progam, how can these even be profitable if everyone is playing near-perfect ICM because of a program right in front of their face?
