Default 27s loose early limper vs decent hand

readless in this situation i fold the AJ, but the UTG limper here is 50% VIP, so i figure im ahead of him, and the only other 2 people in the hand are the blinds, so what is peoples general strategy here, generally i will raise this to like t200, this is a value raise, the problem is that when i miss the flop (2/3) of the time, cont betting the flop isnt very profitable bc the guy is really loose
so how do people generally deal with this situation?
