I think the line is fine, and yea, its definitely a blocking bet.

I would mostly call a moderate bet fold to PSB or bigger.

30-40 may also do the trick at this level for river block.

check call or check fold depending on bet.

Betting here is pointless, as it is unlikely that you will get called by a worse hand, but definatley raise by the most likely holdings: flush, trips or even full house

Just check/fold the river. The only thing you beat is TT/JJ which usually check behind in this spot. Hard to see a busted draw here (T8? 68?) on a 2flush/paired board, unless villain has some read that you'll give up easily and your range is strictly overpair...
