Default Regarding Chopstick

Two part response:

First, LO-freaking-L, great recap post. Amazing how you can make an I-told-you-so post so original and funny.

Second. . .what happened to the nice, calm, nonjudgemental Chopstick?! WOW, talk about a split personality. That just blew me away. Or, is THIS your real persona, and the prior zen-like calmness in your posts was a cover-up in an attempt to get FON to pay up? If so, you deserve an Oscar! You had me (and many others, I would assume) THOROUGHLY convinced that you were sympathetic to FON and just trying to help him.

Someone should create a poll asking which Chopstick they like best, and which Chopstick they think is the "real" one

The guy's a lawyer. You KNOW he's the second choppy.

I am not going to thank FON for paying, as it was his obligation to do so, and he had to be persuaded by duress to make the decision to meet his obligations.

[/ QUOTE ]

Exactly. I can't believe FON's actually trying to pretend now that he did this out of the goodness of his heart. The prick is a lying thief and only paid because he's more a coward than a thief. If he could have gotten away with it, he would have happily run off with the money. I know people are relieved to be paid, but that doesn't make FON any less of the scumbag that he is.

Very funny indeed, but looks like results orientated analysis to me

A fitting end would have been a locked thread after Chopstick's post.

I`ve been in regular contact with the affiliate dept of SIA since the shenanigans of the early days of this thread, so since you`ve started paying out, iv gotten onto them myself again to try and sort out my manual credit request. Has the affiliate manager given any indication to your broker what the reason for the delay is? Ta

[/ QUOTE ]

It is my understanding that it isn't actually a delay...but a return to the norm. More specifically, it seems that we were experiencing very quick turnaround for a while, but now things are back to "normal." At this point it doesn't matter if your request is approved tonight or November 30th - Don't worry, I'll keep you posted.

[/ QUOTE ]

So SIA`s affiliate dept get back to me today about this "manual credit request"...

Firstly, what I said:
"Hi ****,

The affiliate in question has now come through and paid most of his customers who signed up to your site, Sports Interaction through his site, CasinoCashUnlimited. It appears he is genuine after all.
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...art=90&vc=1
Check the above site for reference.
However, a number of customers, myself included, who signed up to your site through his site have not been approved by the advertiser(ie Sports Interaction). The process was to go through automatically, like everyone elses did, when we clicked the link on his site which led to yours, but in a number of cases, this has not happened. Therefore the affiliate had to make a manual credit request to yourselves for our signups, but as of yet this has not been approved by you. Like i said before, he deals with your site through a broker, and still, as of now, my signup to your site from his hasnt been approved.
Seeing that the affiliate has lived up to his end of the terms and conditions on his site in paying most of his customers, i now no longer have doubt in him.
Which leads me back to his answer on my signup, being, that the advertiser, Sports Interaction has not approved my signup to their site through his site, and he is still waiting on you to do so before he can pay me my money.
So, could you please look into this again, as it appears it is your side which has not approved my signup. The reason i got to your site in the first place was through casinocashunlimited.
Specifically, look at the link from which i was directed to your site when i signed up with you initially, and you`ll find it is the affiliates site, casinocashunlimited. Then, have an affiliate manager approve my signup through the site with his broker so i can get paid.

Kind Regards,
*********

And now, what they said back...

"Hi *****,

I have looked at your account and I can confirm that you were sent by casinocashunlimited and it was tracked correctly. CasinoCashUnlimited WAS paid for referring you.

Kind Regards,

******

So i have been approved. So wheres my money???

*SIGH*

Here is a copy/paste from my end:

Click Time: 2006-09-05 13:22:54
Offer: Sports Interaction
Rate: $XXXXX
SubID: CCU_1164
Credited: [X]
Status: Requested
Action: Cancel

The "[X]" in the "Credited" column indicates that the lead has not yet been credited (Approved). In the "Status" column, "Requested" indicates that manual credit has been requested. Perhaps I'm getting jerked around on these last few manual credit requests, however, I assure you I've not yet been credited for your lead. At this point there is nothing we can do but wait...

EDIT: By the way, SIA still has no way of seeing whether or not I've been paid as I have no direct agreement with them. They are talking out of their ______.

Of course not, A/R needs a thread of over 1000 posts before it gets locked.
