He may or not be "a good guy." But, he continues to advertise something he has no plans on delivering. Thats not good business.

OK, mrpurple. We get it; you're unhappy. But seriously now, 9 of your 13 total posts over the last 8 days have all basically said the same thing. You've made your point.

It's really unfair to assume that Chad has to have a big staff working under him. I can promise you that he is working his butt off and that his share of the winnings isn't nearly as large as you think.

He has had a lot of money tied up from personal use since he has allowed people daily cashouts. He also has great promotions and one of the more generous refer-a-friend systems out there. Giving all this, adding 1 person to his support team would probably eat the rest of his winnings. And no matter if you like it or not, Chad is not doing this to be a nice guy, he's doing it to make money.

Many thanks for all the support from you all.

As far as emails are concerned we are back up to speed and have been for some time now. If you have something outstanding and have not received a reply, please email me as i suspect it has not gotten through.

As far as payments are concerned, the plan (though it may change depending on the logistics involved), will be to cease all daily cashouts at midnight on Oct 31st.

By nov 5th (when all the October Poker data is in) we will add October to any outstanding balances. Between Nove 2nd and Nov 10th you will be contacted to select a preferred payment method, consisting of about 5 choices incuding Neteller and PayPal.

Then payments will be made on or about the 15th of the month when most of the monies are in from the poker rooms.

This is not set in stone and hence i have not sent out a mail about it. I just want to give you an idea of the plan in place.

Many thanks

RakebackRUs

You guys really need to lay off on Chad. I have been a customer for over 18 months now. I have yet to have an issue with him. I have had a couple tricky issues in the past that that he worked out for me with no problems.

If he says we are getting our money, then we will get our money.

I had all but decided to stay out of this thread. But, I can't let this pass without comment.

He has made a series of promises to attract cutomers. He has decided not to keep them. Yet, he still makes those promises on his homepage.

When he updates his homepage to reflect his current business model, whatever that may be, I expect he'll get less complaints.
