This happens to me a lot. I'm very aggresive postflop when I take the lead preflop so I'm getting raised in situations like this a lot and I don't really know what should I do to know where I stand. Villain is 29/8/1.44.
Thanks. No complaints here. Solid all the way through.

It's hard to imagine for me what the villain is representing here, seems like a total cra*.

My reply here may seem pretty general at best (if not irrelevant), that was just my first impression, without much deeper thought. Anyway, what did the villain show?

I would probably c/r the turn. Or lead it.

Are we calling a bet from villian after we check river? if yes, how much would you call?

villain seems kinda weakish, especially with this turn bet, but I think this is pretty good, sometimes though, if you KNOW villain is raising with because you've been cbetting a lot, i reraise them and usually get them to fold, so I guess that's not a good idea since only better hands call, i think i'll try this line.

c/r turn folds worse hands (weak K, pocket pairs) and gets either 3-bet or called by better hands (2 pair or trips)
whats the argument for check raising? fold equity? |
