If he's an unknown, my default is to 3bet all in.

id usually shove this. possibly fold with a good read, but my default is shove. im never willing to see a turn here

Why? If the turn is going to be a spade k,j or a wouldn't you rather now before putting your money in? Also stack sizes make a push awkward because it is way over pot. I call and pot a blank turn if the turn is a bad card just c/f.
