I think it's fine, although there are other lines you could take that would also be fine (I wouldn't have a problem raising PF).

Putting more chips in on the turn seems bad in a multiway pot w/ everyone calling your flop raise. 9T just got there, QJ and 33 were already there, but more importantly, UTG's line looks VERY suspicious... the c/c flop after a bet and a raise and then leading the turn into 3 people. I don't see top pair being good here very often, although maybe I'm giving too much credit.

Raising & limping PF are both ok. Fold the turn for the reasons wiggs posted.

You have the button. Raising pf and then playing for stacks is good here.

As played, I like the turn fold. Too many things beat us.
