yea, not being disposed seems kinda odd if ur GF was a major target of the suit...that being said, i don't think u have too much to worry about, just a lot of legal maneuvering it seems...good luck though anyway...

Sounds like Elliot has given a relatively informed opinion. Also sounds like it will be nice when you have this thing over with.

I have nothing to add, except to suggest that you should get rid of your attorneys and hire OOT. Everybody could rotate who has at least 10 posts in a trainwreck thread. That would be the coolest thing ever.

Without corroboration on his accusations on her statements, and with proper documentation on his lateness, etc, I doubt you/the company have much to worry about. I would guess the bias against gays will also work in your favor in this case.

I would like to think that we don't live in a country where someone can just say that someone treated them badly with no corroboration or evidence and just get handed 200k or so, but I guess I've been wrong about this sort of thing before.

"What's it feel like to take it up the ass?"

You should testify that you have given it to her up the ass, and that she never would have asked the question because of that.

Of course there is the chance you've never actually done her in the ass, in which case, you deserve to lose.

This is most likely the correct course of action. However, I would replace the word "ass" with "turd-flume."

In fact, we should just have OOT trainwreck participants depose the plaintiff. I'd set an over/under of 5 minutes before he throws himself through the nearest window.

Thank you again, Elliot. I just spoke with my gf, and she said that counsel also mentioned that it's very odd that neither she nor any of the other defendants were deposed; however, she mentioned that she considers him to be incompetent, to be kind.
