For all the people who swear that they have NETeller's SOP down to a "T" - here is a portion of a recent email, explaining the rationale for their requirements:

[ QUOTE ]
...You have requested a large EFT transfer which exceeds the maximum monthly Electronic Funds Transfer limit of $10,000. In order to clear these funds, NETELLER requires additional information from you. Please complete the forms attached to this e-mail at your earliest convenience...

[/ QUOTE ]

This is obviously a generic email and therefore does not mention that they've rejected my initial submission of their Velocity form (What? The all-knowing NETeller experts haven't heard of it? Imagine that.) as it was not "hand-filled", as well as a screenshot of an online statement of the bank account from which the EFT originated (which has been accepted elsewhere on countless occassions).

As far as my "liking the attention" - if I liked this sort of attention I'd be bumping the thread at every opportunity...instead...I only reply when I see fit. My sarcasm is a way of letting the e-thugs and trolls know that regardless of how tough they feel behind the anonymity of their computer screen, lawsuits require real-life interaction with real people.

Regarding the 'Lucks...I'm still fighting:

[ QUOTE ]
There is nothing I can do when the accounts team and investigation team say that they can not pay as they have the reason not to and if we pay its against our terms and condition.

Their argument is that how we can pay you when we have made a lost out of your players it does not make sense for us to pay you.

So far you have cashed out total of $XXXXX.

I am more than happy to get you a break down of your player activity report where you can see how much we have lost and how much money was deposited by your player and charge back information. We don’t make the stats u the system does it self the terms and condition is same to you as its same fro all over other affiliates.

By the way there has been no activity in your account for the past 4 weeks.

I am sorry it has come to this but I have tried my best there is nothing I can do at this state.

Same as they were at 08:49 PM last night, when I answered your question the first time. You need to understand that the speedy-turnaround for SIA manual credit requests in the past was, as my broker put it, "the exception and not the rule." It is not uncommon for manual credit requests (especially gambling related) to be outstanding for 1-2 months.

Time to make a quick comment on the late payment:

I don't know for sure about NY statutes, but since the 1700s under the common law for Sales, the time of payment has not been considered of the essence unless specifically stated in the contract.
That means that a stipulation for time of payment in a contract, absent any evidence to the contrary, is simply a warranty. It is not a condition.
Breaching a warranty(ie: paying late) does not constitute a material breach to the contract. It does not let the innocent party claim anything EXCEPT damages: the extra cost to the innocent party because of the late payment. In simpler terms, all you could get would be the interest on the $250 for 11 days.

If FON doesn't pay up, then he is in deep [censored],, because he has breached many contracts, but simply paying late isn't enough to treat the contract as at an end.

So when he fails to pay players from the lucks that he listed on his site as "approved," he is in violation of the contract, right?

Can someone tell me which ones are lucks?

Will my Golden Palace, Club Player, and Lasseters promo be affected? They are all in processing status.

Claims/offers can be denied at any time for any number of reasons. I'm still working toward getting payment, but like I said, it doesn't look good.

markoman - The 'Lucks are Starluck Casino and Planetluck Casino.

assuming he is lying.

However if you take him to court and he can prove that he wasn't paid for planetluck and starluck leads, you would lose and would probably be ordered to pay him for travel expenses and such appearing in court.
