Default $22s - The battle of the blinds with weird betting

Villain appears to be a bit weak but i've seen a lot weaker players. Low VPIP and PFR.

Hmmm ... I'd say either make it 400-500'ish or lay it down (you could call, but given pf raise and now call it ... well looks a little fishy, if you call and put me in villians seat, then you'd be facing a big bet on turn or a small bet on turn and a big bet on river)

Nit showing of fancy footwork on the dancefloor ... (Ah ah ah ah .. Staying Alive, Staying Alive)

Edit: A laydown might be too nitty ... hmmm .. that is why I often just check in BB and invest the 200 spent on a pf raise calling the flop ... and such ... I hate these spot, I really do

I'd make it 350-400, is that too much?

alot of people were sugesting a shove pf in a similar hand yesterday. You have like 3 bb's more than that one though. Id prolly rais 300 pf and bet 450 on the flop. I would need to be greater than 40% sure he was gonna call me not to bet this.

He is weak you say? Call flop, bet turn when he checks to you, take down the pot when he folds to your bet. Tadaa. Standard.

Against a more reasonable opponent I tend to fold the flop here though. Also, a reasonable opponent will often bet more on the flop in the first place, so folding becomes an easier decision in those instances.

Why are you challenging a weak player's bet but folding to aggressive player's bet`?
