Toilet Paper on top or bottom?

I find I can tear off an ample quantity with one hand, without unrolling it too much more, only if the paper is coming from the bottom.

Either one, I just grab the roll, put my hand through the center and start wraping it. But while we're talking about this [censored], does anyone else fold the TP and get multiple wipes with each handful?

One wipe per bundle. I aint rich, but I'll be damned if I wipe my ass with dirty TP.
