They're not located in the US because the US government made it illegal for them to do so. Either way why does having them set-up in a different nation make a difference?

My understanding is that the majority of their operations are in Costa Rica (a third world country). I do not trust a site that operates from a third world country.

Costa Rica is not a third world country. They are politically stable and have a decent GDP per person with low poverty.

It is a thirld world country. Most articles on internet cite it as so. I do not disagree that on your point that they are politically stable, but they are definitely a third world country. Anyways, I would consider myself a complete moron to trust my money in a business that has the majority of their operations in a thirld world country.
