Default Blind defence

What books got some good info about blind defence? Or maybe some good heads up book if you can use some of the same tactics when defending the blinds?

The stoxpoker videos are good on blind defense, because the subject of having to defend one's blinds seems to come up in actual play a lot more than it comes up in books.

How much would these videos help at 1/2 limit 6 max? A lot of the videos are much higher than I play. I think its ssh that says something to the effect that strategies to beet biggers games aren't the greatest at small stakes. Does this have dimishing effects in consideration to blind play or am I misunderstanding? Since I don't play all that much, the subscription would be a significant amout of my expected monthly take. I'm looking forward to the Byron Jacobs HU DVD specifically to help my blind play. Any word on when this is expected out and/or what stakes it is geared towards? Any other help would be great as well. Thanks.

FWIW, I think the King Yao book, "Weighing the Odds in Hold'em Poker", had one of the better discussions of short handed play and blinds defense. I play mid limits and it helped clarify some things for me. I'm not sure if the same game conditions hold true in 1/2, e.g., how often the action in a 1/2 6 max game is folded to the CO or Button, but even if the conditions are different the material in the King Yao book is pretty useful.
